Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Not damaged from misuse or normal wear

To start a return, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used items
  • Items damaged by the customer
  • Items not in original condition
  • Final sale items or gift cards

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
